Account & login issues

If you're having trouble signing in to Undersign, the issue is usually related to your login credentials, Google authentication, or password recovery. Try the steps below.

Unable to sign in

First, make sure you are using the email address associated with your Undersign account.

If you use Google Sign-In, select the Google account associated with your Undersign account and try signing in again.

If you normally sign in with a password, make sure you are using the correct password. If you have forgotten it, use the password reset option on the sign-in page.

Forgot your password

Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you do not receive the reset email:

If you still cannot reset your password, contact Undersign Support using the email address associated with your account.

Google Sign-In isn't working

If you normally use Google Sign-In:

  1. Make sure you are selecting the correct Google account.
  2. Check that you can sign in to your Google account normally.
  3. Try signing in again using Continue with Google.
  4. If the problem continues, try using your regular Undersign password if your account has password-based sign-in enabled.

Login attempts are being rejected

If your login continues to fail, avoid repeatedly entering different passwords. Instead, use Forgot Password to set a new password and try again.

If you continue to have trouble signing in after resetting your password, contact support.

Suspect unauthorised account activity

If you believe someone may have accessed your account:

  1. Change your Undersign password immediately.
  2. If you use Google Sign-In, secure your Google account as well.
  3. Review your recent account and document activity for anything you do not recognise.
  4. Contact Undersign Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

For more information about the security measures available in Undersign, see Account Security.
