Last updated: 30th June 2026. Undersign is built to stay fast and reliable for everyone. This policy explains the limits that keep it that way, and what happens when they are exceeded.
Shared infrastructure only works when everyone uses a fair share. These rules protect the availability and performance of the service for all users, and they apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
Under the default plan, the following limits apply. They may change at any time, and paid upgrades may raise them:
The following are treated as abuse of the platform:
We monitor usage continuously. When usage exceeds the limits above or matches an abuse pattern, we may throttle traffic, restrict features, or suspend the account.
Accounts found to be abusing the service may be suspended without explanation or warning. We are not obliged to give advance notice before suspending an account for fair-use violations, and we are not responsible for loss of documents resulting from such a suspension.
Track consumption on the Usage & Limits page in your account, delete documents and templates you no longer need, cache stable API responses instead of polling, and spread large bulk operations over time. If your legitimate workload needs more headroom, contact us about an upgrade before you hit the ceiling.
