Every signature executed on Undersign is designed to meet the requirements of the U.S. ESIGN Act and eIDAS, supporting both Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) and Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES). Each document includes a tamper-evident audit trail and a signature certificate recording who signed, when, and from where.
