Bulk signing
Core concepts
Bulk signing
A Bulk Sign operation is a convenient way to create many independent signature requests from one common configuration.
The key concept is:
One batch creates many independent signature requests.
The batch is simply the container used to organize and manage the operation. It does not mean that all recipients are signing the same shared request.
For example:
1 Bulk Batch
- → Recipient A → Signature Request A
- → Recipient B → Signature Request B
- → Recipient C → Signature Request C
- → Recipient D → Signature Request D
Each request follows the normal Undersign signing lifecycle.
This architecture provides the efficiency of bulk creation while preserving the independence, tracking, documents, and audit trail of individual signature requests.
