Account FAQs
Common questions about managing your Undersign account, users, profile information, billing, and account security.
Can more than one person use an account?
Yes. Undersign supports multiple users/seats within an account, with no limit on the number of users/seats.
Each person should use their own account rather than sharing a single login. This helps keep account activity and signing requests properly associated with the appropriate user.
See Profile.
Can I change my account or profile details?
Yes. From Profile, you can update your available account information, including your company information, phone number, and company logo.
Some account and company information can only be changed by an administrator with the required permissions.
See Profile.
Can I change my password?
Yes. You can change your password from Profile → Change Password by providing your current password and setting a new one.
If you use Google Sign-In, your Google account handles the authentication.
See Account Security.
Does Undersign support Google Sign-In?
Yes. Undersign supports Google Sign-In as an authentication option.
How secure is my account?
Undersign uses security measures such as strong password protection, Google Sign-In, secure authentication and session handling, and protected API credentials.
Undersign does not currently support two-factor authentication (2FA).
See Account Security.
What are the account usage limits?
The default account limits are:
| Resource | Default limit |
|---|---|
| Users / Seats | No limit |
| Templates | No limit |
| Signature Requests | No limit |
| Hosted Document Storage | 500 MB |
| API Requests | 500 requests/month |

Can I export my documents?
For completed signing requests, you can download the signed documents, Completion Certificate, or signed documents with the certificate from the request's Details page.
The Completion Certificate contains the signing activity and audit information associated with the completed request.
