Downloading and using certificates
For a completed signing request, you can download:
- All Signed Documents: downloads the completed signed documents.
- Certificate Only: downloads the Completion Certificate separately.
- Docs with Certificate: downloads the signed documents together with the Completion Certificate.
This gives you the flexibility to keep the certificate separately for your records or include it with the signed documents when sharing or archiving the completed signing request.
Certificate and Audit Trail
The Completion Certificate provides a concise summary of the completed signing request, while the audit trail provides the underlying chronological record of signing and document-related events.
Together, they provide both a convenient summary and the supporting activity record for reviewing a completed signing request.
